Open to boys and girls ages six months to three years old.

1. The child must be dressed in Red, White, and blue.

2.  The child must be the age of the division entering by the day of the contest.

3. A parent must be on the stage with the child. 

4. All participants receive a crown, sash, and gift.

5. The director has the right to combine or split groups. 

6. All participants & one adult may attend the Queen’s Luncheon at 12:00 at the Columbia High School Cafeteria & ride in the Parade at 3:00 p.m. (Family must supply vehicle and complete the parade entry form) on Saturday, June 27, 2026.

7. Complete the application & $10.00 entry fee by June 15, 2026
